With over twenty years of experience as a former Primary School Teacher, I have the experience you need to solve your Computing and Tech problems, and teach you how to use your technology with confidence.
With five years of experience working in IT and Telecoms field support and an MSc in Robotic Engineering, most domestic tech support and IT training queries can be answered quickly and professionally.

Get your ideas prototyped and made with my 3D design print service.
Prototypes can be produced in PLA at low or medium resolution for custom parts for your projects.

Troubleshooting
Technology goes wrong so frequently, and it can be confusing working out how to put things right. From system updates to printing problems, WiFi or network connectivity - or even after a system update has changed your familiar desktop.
I can analyse the problem and either repair or make recommendations about where to get the best help going forward. Laptops, PCs, Smart TVs, Sound Equipment can all be sorted out for you.
I don't sell equipment, but I can advise you to make good decisions with technology.
Advice
As a trainer and consultant I don't sell any equipment. But I can give you recommendations and advice about what equipment and software you need to make technology work for you and your needs.
You can buy your technology knowing that it will be right for your situation, or plan to replace what you have at the right time.
Should professional repair be required for your equipment, I can advise what to ask for and what you can expect before going ahead.
